Fingerprint Appointments
Many immigration procedures (residencies, category changes, or DIMEX) require a fingerprinting appointment. We schedule and coordinate it for you so you don't waste time searching for slots. The fingerprint certification is issued by the Ministry of Public Security (MSP), and the fingerprinting is done in person before that institution.
The process, step by step

You tell us which immigration procedure you need the fingerprints for and share your personal information and ID document with us.

We schedule your appointment
We coordinate and reserve the appointment on the MSP portal and confirm the assigned date, time and location.
- 4
You go to your appointment
You show up at the MSP location on the indicated date, where they take your fingerprints and issue the certification for your procedure.
